How will I recognise my driver?
Your chauffeur will be in professional attire holding a name card displaying the lead passenger’s name. If you prefer discretion or have trouble locating them, the confirmation email includes a direct mobile number you can call on arrival.
Is there a backup plan if I can’t find my chauffeur?
The arrivals hall at Queenstown is small and straightforward, but if you do have trouble, call the mobile number in your booking confirmation. Your chauffeur is one of our employed drivers—trained and accountable to us—so we can resolve any issue immediately.
Do I need to wait outside the terminal?
