How it works
There are four ways to hire a chauffeur: airport transfer, point-to-point, by the hour, or by the day. Every one of them shows your fixed NZD price instantly — from any address to any address in New Zealand. One number, never a meter, never a surge.
No app to download, no account required. Choose how you want to travel and your vehicle, type your addresses, see the price, confirm.
Airport
The arrival or departure run. Your chauffeur meets you — name board, bags handled, car waiting. Fixed price from any airport to any address, or the other way round. The most common way people use us, and the simplest.
One fixed price. No meter, no surge, no surprises. Flight delayed? We wait.
How does airport pricing work?
Type your two addresses and we calculate the real driving distance, then show one fixed NZD price, GST-inclusive, before you confirm. It works from any address to any airport in New Zealand. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur waits. There is no waiting-time charge and no surge because the airport is busy.
Point to point
Anywhere to anywhere — across town, to the lodge, or to the next city. Type your pickup and drop-off address and your fixed NZD price appears instantly. No meter, no surge, no surprises.
One fixed number, shown instantly. Never a meter. Same price rain or shine.
How does point-to-point pricing work?
Point to point is always a single fixed NZD price — never a meter, never a surge. We price it from the real driving distance between your two addresses, so it works for any trip, anywhere in New Zealand. Pickups between 9pm and 4am add $50. Your car comes from our nearest depot with that vehicle (Kerikeri, Auckland, Rotorua, Taupō, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown), so trips away from our depots include the drive there and back. That's the price. There isn't a bigger one later.
By the hour
Your chauffeur on standby. A minimum of four hours, then as long as you need. The car stays with you — meetings, errands, an evening with multiple stops. Your time, your call.
Hourly rate per car. Four-hour minimum. No hidden extras.
How does hourly pricing work?
The hourly rate multiplied by the number of hours you choose — that's the price. The minimum is four hours. The Mercedes E-Class is $135/hr (4-hour minimum: $540), the V-Class is $145/hr (minimum: $580), and the Sprinter is $185/hr (minimum: $740). The same rates apply everywhere we operate. There are no fuel surcharges or hidden additions; on national public holidays a 30% loading applies, shown in your price.
The day
Your chauffeur and car for 10 hours, wherever it goes. Wine country, multiple meetings, a day exploring — one fixed price for the first 10 hours, one person driving, zero coordination.
A full day is 10 hours with your chauffeur, one fixed price per vehicle. Need longer? Hours beyond 10 are charged at the vehicle's hourly rate.
How does a full-day booking work?
A full day is 10 hours with your chauffeur at one fixed NZD price per vehicle — $1,350 for the E-Class, $1,450 for the V-Class, $1,850 for the Sprinter. No clock running per kilometre, no negotiation at the end. Need your chauffeur beyond 10 hours? Additional hours are charged at the vehicle's hourly rate ($135/hr E-Class, $145/hr V-Class, $185/hr Sprinter). On national public holidays a 30% loading applies. The day price is GST-inclusive and shown before you confirm.
Four modes. Three cars. Anywhere to anywhere.
