What’s the route into Lambton Quay, and what does peak hour do?
Your chauffeur runs Cobham Drive around Evans Bay, through the Mount Victoria Tunnel and past the Basin Reserve into the Quay. In normal traffic it’s 15–20 minutes; weekday peaks through the tunnel can add ten or more. The fixed price is unaffected either way — no meter is running.

Can we be dropped at more than one point along the Quay?
Yes. Lambton Quay runs from Willis Street to the Parliament end, and one booking can cover ordered drops — say, a hotel first, then an office tower, then the Parliament visitor area. Enter each stop at booking so the fixed price reflects the true route.
What about the return with an early flight in a Wellington southerly?
Book the return leg the same way — the fixed price holds at 5 a.m. exactly as at noon, and your chauffeur plans tunnel and traffic timing so a Rongotai check-in isn’t a gamble. Weather never adds a surcharge.
Ten of us but barely any luggage — still the Sprinter?
For people count, yes: the V-Class carries up to 4 passengers and the E-Class up to 2, so any group of five or more travelling together needs the Sprinter regardless of bags. All three vehicles show their fixed price side by side at /book.
