The Mercedes V-Class is the vehicle we turn to when two passengers becomes three or four—families with children, couples travelling together, or anyone who needs more than a sedan can offer but doesn't require a full mini-coach. It seats up to four passengers with four full suitcases plus four carry-ons, which puts it squarely between the E-Class and the Sprinter in our three-vehicle lineup.

What makes the V-Class different from a regular luxury sedan?

Capacity. Where the Mercedes E-Class handles two passengers and two suitcases, the V-Class takes four passengers with four full suitcases plus four carry-ons. That means families don't need to split into two vehicles, and small groups travelling together stay together.

When does it make sense to book the V-Class instead of the Sprinter?

When you're four people or fewer. The Sprinter is a ten-passenger mini-coach, built for larger groups. If you're a family of four or two couples, the V-Class gives you the space you need without paying for seats you won't use—and the price is fixed and shown in full at booking, so there's no guesswork.

Can I book a V-Class for airport transfers in Auckland or Wellington?

Yes. The V-Class operates across our entire service area, covering anywhere in New Zealand. It's available for any point-to-point journey where you need the extra capacity, whether that's an airport run, a cruise terminal pickup, or a transfer between cities. The vehicle you book is the vehicle that arrives.

Who drives the V-Class?

A chauffeur we employ directly. Every driver is trained by us and accountable to us, not an app contractor who can decline the job. That consistency matters when you're moving a family or a group who've coordinated their travel around a single pickup time.

How do I see the price for a V-Class journey?

Head to the booking page and enter your pickup and drop-off details. The system will show you the fixed, GST-inclusive price for the V-Class before you confirm—no surge pricing, no meter, no surprises. If the V-Class isn't the right fit for your group size or luggage, you'll see the E-Class or Sprinter options there as well.

Fixed prices, NZD, GST-inclusive. No surge, ever. The vehicle you book is the vehicle that arrives, driven by a chauffeur we employ — trained by us and accountable to us, not an app contractor who can decline the job. The chauffeur — since 2002.
