A private luxury driver for touring from Queenstown means a Mercedes you've chosen, driven by a chauffeur we've trained, at a price agreed before you confirm. Since 2002, the chauffeur has operated on one principle: the vehicle you book is the vehicle that arrives, with no surge pricing and no surprises between confirmation and collection.
What vehicles are available for touring around Queenstown?
The fleet comprises three Mercedes models: the E-Class Sedan seats up to two passengers with two suitcases and two carry-ons, the V-Class takes up to four passengers with four suitcases and four carry-ons, and the Sprinter mini-coach accommodates up to ten passengers with ten suitcases and ten carry-ons.
How does pricing work for a full-day tour from Queenstown?
Pricing is fixed and GST-inclusive before you book — no meter, no surge, no surprises. The exact amount depends on your itinerary and duration, and is shown in full at /book when you enter your requirements.
Who will be driving on the day?
A chauffeur employed directly by us, trained to our standards and accountable to the company — not an app contractor who can decline the job or cancel last-minute. The same driver stays with you for the duration of your tour.
Can I tour Glenorchy, Arrowtown, or the wineries around Gibbston?
Yes. A touring booking gives you the flexibility to visit Glenorchy, Arrowtown, the Gibbston Valley wineries, or any combination that suits your schedule, with the chauffeur waiting while you explore each stop.
Does the service cover pickups from Queenstown Airport for touring?
Queenstown Airport collection is included in any touring itinerary. Your chauffeur meets you at arrivals, handles luggage, and begins the tour from there if that's your preference.
Fixed prices, NZD, GST-inclusive. No surge, ever. The vehicle you book is the vehicle that arrives, driven by a chauffeur we employ — trained by us and accountable to us, not an app contractor who can decline the job. The chauffeur — since 2002.
