What counts as a ‘bag’ for luggage capacity?
We size for checked airline luggage—a standard 23 kg suitcase. Carry-ons, laptop bags and small backpacks typically fit around your main luggage without eating into the count, but ski bags, golf clubs or oversize cases each count as one piece.
Can I fit ski equipment in the sedan?
A pair of skis or a snowboard usually fits in the E-Class boot alongside two full suitcases, but three sets of gear plus full luggage will need the V-Class. Let us know what you’re bringing when you book so the vehicle that arrives has the space you need.
What if I have more luggage than the vehicle allows?
If your group has more than three bags but fewer than four passengers, book the V-Class—it seats up to seven and carries six large cases. For larger parties or serious gear loads heading to Arrowtown or the Remarkables, the Sprinter mini-coach handles sixteen bags and sixteen passengers.
Do you charge extra for additional luggage?
