How do I request a stop when booking from Queenstown Airport?
Enter your stop details in the booking form at /book — the address or location name, and a brief note about what you’ll need (a quick pick-up, ten minutes for groceries, etc.). The system calculates your total price including the detour, and you’ll see the full GST-inclusive figure before you confirm.
Can I stop at a Frankton supermarket before heading into town?
Yes, Frankton is directly between the airport and central Queenstown, so a New World or Pak’nSave stop adds minimal time. Let us know which one when you book, and your chauffeur will wait while you collect what you need.
What if I need to make an unplanned stop during the journey?
Your chauffeur — employed and trained by us since 2002 — will do their best to accommodate a reasonable request on the day. For anything that meaningfully changes the route or time, it’s always easier to add it when you book so the price reflects the full journey.
Is there a limit to how many stops I can make?
There’s no hard limit, but each stop extends your journey time and may affect pricing depending on distance and duration. For multiple stops between the airport and, say, Arrowtown or a Shotover Street hotel, describe the full itinerary at /book and you’ll see one clear price covering everything.
Will I be charged extra if the stop takes longer than expected?
No. You pay the fixed price shown before you book — no meter, no surge, no add-ons. Whether you’re in and out of a Remarkables Park shop in five minutes or fifteen, the price stays the same.
