How do I request a stop when booking?
Add your stop request in the notes field when you book online at /book, or include it in your email if you’re booking that way. Be as specific as possible with the address or location name so we can route it accurately and confirm the total fixed price before you commit.
Will adding a stop increase the price?
Yes, because the route becomes longer. We calculate a fixed, GST-inclusive price based on the full journey including your stop, and you’ll see that total before you confirm. There’s no meter running and no surprises—the price we quote is what you pay.
Can I make more than one stop?
You can request multiple stops. Each one extends the route, so it affects the overall price. Tell us all your stops upfront when booking so we can give you an accurate fixed quote and schedule enough time for your chauffeur to complete the journey without rushing.
What if I decide I need a stop after I’ve already booked?
Contact us as soon as possible. If we can accommodate the change and adjust the route, we will, though the price may need to be recalculated. Last-minute requests on the day are harder to guarantee, especially if the chauffeur has another booking following yours.
How long can I stop for?
Brief stops—five to ten minutes for a pickup or quick errand—are straightforward. If you need longer, let us know when booking so we can build that time into the schedule and price. Your chauffeur will wait with the vehicle, and we’ll make sure the timing works for everyone.
