What does a four-hour Christchurch wedding block cost per vehicle?
The Mercedes E-Class is $125 per hour (four-hour minimum, so $500), the V-Class $145 per hour ($580 minimum) and the Sprinter $185 per hour ($740 minimum). A full day is $1000 in the E-Class, $1160 in the V-Class and $1480 in the Sprinter. Every figure is GST-inclusive and fixed before you book.
Can one Sprinter carry the whole bridal party?
The Mercedes Sprinter seats up to 10 passengers with room for 10 suitcases — enough for the bridal party in one vehicle. For the couple alone the E-Class (up to 2) is ideal, and the V-Class (up to 4) suits bridesmaids or immediate family.
Will the car wait through the ceremony and photos?
Yes — you are paying for the block, not per trip. The chauffeur waits during the ceremony, handles photos at the Botanic Gardens, Hagley Park or Mona Vale and along the Avon, then takes you to the reception, whether it is in Merivale, Riccarton or out at Lyttelton harbour.
Can we book more than one vehicle for a larger Christchurch wedding?
